The hotel is situated in a lovely location in front of a church and in a safe neighborhood. The room is cozy, with comfortable beds and clean bathrooms. Staff are friendly and helpful. We reached Pasto very late in the night. They received us very friendly. The hotel has a good location and a good breakfast. It had not a great variety but It was enough good. The hotel was clean and confortable.
It have not an elevator.

During my Easter stay in this hotel, I must say that I loved the fact that they had free breakfast and a great location close to all the Easter festivities. the hotel had comfortable rooms with clean facilities and a cozy atmosphere. Another plus was that they offered free Wi-Fi that worked well in my room.
I wasn't a fan of the fact that the staff didn't have my reservation when I arrived and it caused a bit of confusion at check-in. the hotel was holding a party the first night I was there, and it was quite loud, making it hard to sleep.
